I love mash potato and why not beef it up a little, like this one here. Ingredients:
5 baking potatoes |
8 ounces heavy cream |
2 ounces minced garlic cloves |
1 pinch salt and pepper |
2 quarts water |
Directions:
1. Peel all your potatoes and cube. 2. Place in boiling water. 3. Once they are soft then drain. 4. Add cream and garlic. 5. Add water until creamy and smooth. 6. Blend with a mixer until creamy and smooth. 7. Add salt and pepper to taste. |
