Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
3 cloves garlic, smashed |
two 6-ounce bags fresh spinach |
1/2 teaspoon lime zest |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. In a large Dutch oven, heat the oil over medium-high heat until hot. Add the garlic and cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes. 2. Add the spinach and cook, stirring constantly until wilted, about 4 minutes. Stir in the lime zest, salt and pepper. Serve immediately. |
