Garlic-Lime Spinach (Paula Deen)

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, smashed
two 6-ounce bags fresh spinach
1/2 teaspoon lime zest
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
1. In a large Dutch oven, heat the oil over medium-high heat until hot. Add the garlic and cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes.
2. Add the spinach and cook, stirring constantly until wilted, about 4 minutes. Stir in the lime zest, salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
