Moist and tender salmon. Can be broiled on the grill or in the oven. Ingredients:
16 oz. salmon fillets |
1/4 medium onion, chopped |
1 tbsp. lime juice |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. In a container with a tight fitting lid, combine oil, onion, lime juice, and garlic. Shake well. 2. Broil salmon, skin side down, 4-6 inches from heat for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork, basting every 5 minutes with the lime mixture. 3. Garnish with lime slices if desired. |
