Ingredients:
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 teaspoon(s) pepper |
1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon(s) onion powder |
1/2 teaspoon(s) thyme |
1/4 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper |
1/4 teaspoon(s) paprik |
4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless |
2 tablespoon(s) butter |
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
1/2 cup(s) chicken broth |
4 tablespoon(s) lime juice |
Directions:
1. Mix together first 7 ingredients. Sprinkle mixture on both sides of chicken breasts. In a skillet, heat butter & olive oil over medium high heat. Saute chicken until golden brownon each side, about 5 minutes on either side. Remove chicken & add lime juice and broth to pan, whisking in pan juices. Keep cooking until sauce has reduced slightly. Add chicken back to pan & thoroughly coat with sauce. |
