This is a Bonnie Stern recipe that I like to make up when I am making potato or pasta salad, and want to change it up a bit. This is very versatile. You can also use it as a veggie dip or anywhere you would spread mayo - sandwich, burger, etc. NOTE: Cooking time does not include time to roast garlic. Ingredients:
4 heads roasted garlic |
2/3 cup mayonnaise |
4 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1 dash hot pepper sauce |
Directions:
1. Squeeze roasted garlic out of the cloves. Puree all ingredients together. Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary. |
