My husband and I love to eat these with salads and light meals... or sometimes just by themselves...You can use any type of seasoning on them to change it up.... Ingredients:
3 (6 inch) pita bread rounds, split in half horizonally |
2 teaspoons olive oil |
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees 2. Cut each pita half into 4 wedges; place on a baking sheet. 3. Drizzle oil evenly over wedges. 4. Combine lemon pepper and garlic; sprinkle evenly over wedges. 5. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes or until crisp. |
