Garlic, Lemon 'n Herb Chicken on the Grill |

Plan ahead - this is best marinated overnight in the refrigerator. It's worth the wait! Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs chicken parts |
3/4 cup oil |
3/4 cup lemon juice |
2 teaspoons seasoning salt |
2 teaspoons paprika |
2 teaspoons dried basil |
2 teaspoons dried thyme |
2 cloves minced garlic |
Directions:
1. Combine all marinade ingredients. 2. Add chicken and marinate overnight or at least for 8 hours. 3. Grill chicken 20 minutes per side or until done. |
