Try this with grilled, steamed, or Cornmeal-Fried Artichokes. Ingredients:
2/3 cup mayonnaise |
1 garlic clove, pressed |
2 teaspoons lemon zest |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper |
salt to taste |
Directions:
1. Stir together mayonnaise, pressed garlic clove, lemon zest, lemon juice, and ground red pepper. Season with salt to taste. |
