Garlic Lemon Chicken Breast Fillets |

This recipe is delicious and low fat, i dont need to say any more, it speaks for itself. Ingredients:
4 chicken breast fillets, skinless |
1 lemon |
3 garlic cloves |
1/2 teaspoon thyme |
Directions:
1. Juice lemon. 2. Finely mince garlic. 3. Combine half garlic with lemon juice. 4. Using a sharp knife, slice small openings into chicken breast. 5. Stuff garlic into slits in chicken. 6. Baste with lemon and garlic. 7. Sprinkle thyme over top, (add a little to lemon mix). 8. Place onto a wire rack over a tray of water. 9. Bake for approx 1 hour in moderately hot oven.Baste regularly. 10. Alternatively you could prep the same and grill or bbq chicken. |
