Hummus! Try to keep a dozen chickpeas to top the finished dish. Also try with peppermint leaves on top. Ingredients:
480g canned chickpeas, drained, rinsed |
100ml olive oil |
2 tbsp tahini paste |
half a lemon |
4 garlic cloves |
two jalapeno peppers |
Directions:
1. Mix everything together except the garlic and the pepper. Mix until creamy. 2. Chop the garlic and the pepper and flash fry on the side. 3. Spread the chopped garlic/pepper on top of the hummus. Add a bit of olive oil as well. 4. Eat with bread. |
