What a deleicious marinade for a rib-eye before grilling!! I'm sure you'll enjoy it!! Ingredients:
1/2 cup garlic and herb liquid seasoning |
1/2 cup olive oil |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon chopped green onion |
2 teaspoons sea salt |
2 rib eye steaks |
Directions:
1. Combine liquid seasoning, oil, Worcestershire sauce, onion and sea salt. Pour mixture over beef and marinate in a covered container in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. 2. Remove meat from marinade and pour marinade into a saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil for 10 minutes to reduce. 3. Baste steaks with this reduction and grill meat to your taste (about 4 minutes per side for medium); continue to baste with this sauce while grilling. |
