Fresh garlic and herbs make this stir-and-chill dip taste garden fresh. The chilling time is important because it gives the flavors a chance to blend. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups fat-free sour cream |
1/2 cup light cream cheese |
1 tablespoon minced fresh chives |
2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 small garlic clove, minced, or 1/2 teaspoon bottled minced garlic |
Directions:
1. Combine sour cream and cream cheese in a bowl; stir well. Stir in chives and remaining ingredients; cover and chill at least 1 hour. 2. Spoon into hollowed-out cherry tomatoes or mushroom caps (tomatoes and mushrooms not included in analysis). Or serve with fresh vegetable slices.
