Adapted from Campfire Cuisine - Use to top baked potatoes, grilled fish, chicken, steak, or mushrooms Ingredients:
1/2 cup softened butter |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
4 minced garlic cloves |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary |
1 tablespoon red wine |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl until well combined. 2. May store in the refrigerator up to two weeks, or in the freezer up to two months. |
