Easy poached fish meal, good with roasted veggies and brown rice. Ingredients:
6 oz. halibut fillets |
3 garlic cloves |
4 t olive oil |
2 t lemon juice |
1 salt |
1 white pepper |
6 t water |
Directions:
1. Put water in skillet then garlic and olive oil. Salt and pepper fish fillets. When water boils, add fish and lemon juice. Cover and simmer about 30 or 40 minutes until water is gone and only oil remains. It may be necessary to remove lid to cook off water completely. |
