1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed |
1/4 cup water |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
1/3 cup minced fresh parsley |
1 tablespoon butter, melted |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Place beans, water and garlic in a 2-qt. microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 4-5 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Yield: 4 servings. |
