I love green beans and garlic :) Ingredients:
2 lbs fresh green beens (great from garden!) cut into bite size pieces |
1 onion finely chopped |
2 garlic cloves minced |
1 t olive oil |
Directions:
1. Place beans in a saucepan and cover with water; bring to a boil. 2. Cook uncovered for 8-10 minutes or until tender crisp. 3. Meanwhile in a skillet saute onion and garlic in oil until tender. 4. Drain beans and add to onion mixture. 5. Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes or until heated through. |
