This is an incredible green bean recipe that is not only easy to fix but is loaded with flavor. Enjoy Ingredients:
1 pound green beans washed and trimmed then cut into 2” pieces |
1 small white onion chopped |
3 cloves garlic minced |
2 tablespoons butter |
8 ounce can tomato sauce |
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Steam beans for 8 minutes. 2. Sauté onion and garlic in butter in small frying pan for 3 minutes. 3. Add tomato sauce and seasonings then cook 5 minutes more. 4. Add beans and toss thoroughly to blend flavors and heat through. |
