1 onion, chopped |
4 garlic cloves, peeled |
1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated |
1/2 cup water |
bouquet garni (a bunch of herbs tied together and immersed during cooking) |
salt, to taste |
pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Boil all until garlic and onion are soft. Strain and serve. |
