Ingredients:
1 onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, peeled
1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
1/2 cup water
bouquet garni (a bunch of herbs tied together and immersed during cooking)
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Boil all until garlic and onion are soft. Strain and serve.
