This is from the Diana Liu cookbook. I'm posting it here for future reference. Ingredients:
2 lbs spareribs, country style |
1/3 cup soy sauce |
1/3 cup sugar |
2 fresh garlic cloves, minced |
Directions:
1. Marinate spareribs in soy sauce, sugar and garlic for 2 hours in a pan. 2. Pre-heat oven to 350*. 3. Bake spareribs in sauce for 35 minutes on each side. 4. Serve hot. |
