With the price of my favorite garlic oil going even higher I was happy to find this recipe. I'm a garlic freak so I use this in place of regular olive oil in my cooking. Also good over veggies or salads, Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary or 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary |
6 garlic cloves, minced |
1 bay leaf |
1 dried chili, 2 inches long |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Put into a container with a tight fitting lid and store at room temperature up to 6 months. |
