This is Fish with a different spin to it. You'll love it and invite this into your kitchen for years to come. It can be any type of fish you like. It doesn't matter. It will taste great. Ingredients:
tilapia fish |
2 cups chicken broth |
1 cup green pepper |
1/2 cup red pepper |
1/2 cup onion |
1/2 cup onion (green) |
1/4 minced garlic |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients together and let marinate over night. 2. Next day:. 3. use a large pan coat lightly with Olive oil. 4. place Tilapia in pan and add all the marinated ingredients. 5. Cover with aluminum foil and cook at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. |
