I like to serve this with fresh homemade bread, baguette, or Italian loaf. Also garlic stuffed green olives Ingredients:
extra virgin olive oil 1/2 cup |
balsamic vinegar, 1/4 cup |
2 garlic cloves minced |
salt and pepper, full tsp. each |
tsp of garlic powder and oregano |
fresh basil snipped |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a glass jar, keep cap on until ready to serve, the longer it marinates the better! Serve with chunks of bread |
