Blend up some tofu and enjoy this fresh dip with raw veggies or crackers. Nutritional yeast is a must have in this as it gives the dip a nice cheesy flavor Ingredients:
8 oz tofu |
1 tsp mustard |
2 tsp horseradish |
2 tbsp vinegar |
2 tbsp nutritional yeast |
1/2 tsp salt |
1 tsp garlic powder |
1/4 tsp pepper |
1/2 tsp celery salt |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients with immersion blender or food processor. Add a little thickner like agar on xanthum powder (optional) 2. Chill and serve |
