Garlic Dill Breadsticks (Bread Machine) |

Very easy to make and packed with so much flavor. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups luke water |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
4 cups all-purpose flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons active dry yeast |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon dried dill |
1 pinch cornmeal |
1/8 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Lighty grease and sprinkle corn meal on cookie sheet. 3. Combine all ingredients into bread pan. 4. select dough setting. 5. When dough is finished, remove from bread pan and roll out into sticks sizes of your liking, onto cookie sheets and brush with milk. 6. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-12 minute 7. or until a light golden brown. 8. This can be done by hand also, but you will need to let the dough rise (double in size) and knead it down again and rise again before shaping into bread sticks. |
