This low to medium rising bread has a good dense texture and is very garlicky. Use the bottled chopped garlic as an extra convenience. Ingredients:
1 cup water |
1/3 cup chopped garlic |
1 1/2 tablespoons butter |
1 tablespoon dill seed |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1 2/3 cups white bread flour |
1 2/3 cups wheat flour |
1 tablespoon gluten |
1 1/2 teaspoons fast rising yeast or 1 1/2 teaspoons quick-rising yeast |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in bread machine pan in order instructed by manufacturer. 2. Cycle: wheat, sweet, or white Setting: Light. 3. Use of timer feature is OK. |
