Ingredients:
6 ounces olive oil |
4 cloves garlic, smashed |
4 slices crusty bread |
salt and pepper, to taste |
1 ounce parmesan cheese, grated |
1 ounce parsley, chopped |
Directions:
1. In a skillet heat oil and garlic. Saute bread in oil until browned on both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Cut into bite-sized cubes |
