Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter |
1 clove garlic, minced |
3 slices french bread, cut into 1 inch cubes (thick slices) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. 2 In a large saute pan, melt butter over medium heat. 3. Stir in garlic; cook and stir for 1 minute. 4. Add bread cubes, and toss to coat. 5. Spread on a baking sheet. 6. 3 Bake for 15 minutes, or until crisp and dry. 7. Check frequently to prevent burning. 8. Cool. |
