Use this colourful spread to top your naked Garlic Crostini. Also great on a variety of crisp breads and crackers. Works well with raw veggies too. Servings will depend on how thick you pile it on. :) Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1/4 cup green onion, finely sliced |
1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
fresh ground black pepper, a few grinds |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together, then set aside for 30 minutes while the flavours blend. |
