1 small french baguette, cut into 1/2-inch slices |
1 cup butter, melted |
4 garlic cloves, pressed |
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Arrange baguette slices in 2 (15- x 10-inch) jellyroll pans. 2. Combine butter and garlic. Drizzle over bread. 3. Bake at 250° for 1 hour or until golden brown, turning every 15 minutes. Sprinkle immediately with cheese; cool. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator. |
