Garlic Cream Sauce for Chicken/Seafood/Pasta |

Nice and easy garlic sauce. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons light margarine or 2 tablespoons butter |
2 cloves minced garlic |
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour |
1 1/4 cups chicken broth or 1 1/4 cups vegetable broth |
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream |
Directions:
1. Melt margarine on stovetop and add garlic. 2. Saute 1 minute. 3. Add flour and stir another minute. 4. Add chicken broth and cook stirring until sauce thickens. 5. Stir in sour cream. 6. Serve over chicken, seafood, pasta or a mixture. |
