Very Yummy recipe :) Ingredients:
1 3/4 lbs potatoes, peeled |
salt and pepper |
1 1/4 cups heavy cream |
2 garlic cloves, peeled & crushed |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. Butter 8x10x2 in dish. 2. Cut potato into 1/4in slices. Layer 1/2 the slices in the dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. 3. Pour the cream into a cup and add the crushed garlic and mix well. pour 1/2 mix evenly over potatos. 4. Cover with remaining slices, sprinkle w/salt and pepper. pour over the rest of the garlic cream. 5. Cover the dish w/buttered foil and bake for 30 minutes Remove foil and bake for 50 minutes. |
