Ingredients:
20 clove(s) garlic peeled |
1 cup(s) olive oil |
Directions:
1. Put oil & garlic in small sauce pan on stove. Over medium low heat let come to simmer. As soon as simmering, turn heat down to low. Let simmer about 20 min until garlic is soft and golden brown. Cool completely. Strain through mesh strainer. Reserve cloves and oil separately. |
