This recipe has been in my family for years. It is easy to make and very good. I am always asked to bring it for any pot luck or covered dish dinner. At home it seems I make it at least twice a week. it goes good with pinto beans, hot dogs, fish sticks, just about anything. Ingredients:
1 cabbage head |
garlic salt to taste |
sugar to taste (about 1 tsp.) |
mayo to taste |
Directions:
1. Chop the cabbage (I use a food processor) then add the other ingredients a little at a time until you get the flavor you like. 2. If you want some color in it you can put in some grated carrots or purple cabbage. |
