Ingredients:
3/4 cup light sour cream |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives |
3/4 teaspoon lemon zest |
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and chill 30 minutes before serving. 2. *Light mayonnaise may be substituted. |
