Garlic,chive Parmesean Popovers

love these with anything roasted or braised
Ingredients:
2 eggs(room temperature)
1 cup milk(room temperature)
1 cup flour
1 tblsp melted butter
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tblsp of dried or fresh chives (minced)
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp pepper
canola cooking spray
freshly grated parmesean
Directions:
1. heat oven to 400
2. beat eggs till frothy
3. add milk beat about 20 strokes
4. add salt and pepper, garlic and chives
5. add melted butter, blend
6. add flour and beat till just blended
7. coat 6 large popover pans with canola spray
8. pour mixture 3/4 fill in popover cups
9. place in oven
10. cook at 400 for 15 minutes
11. lover heat to 325 and cook for 15 minutes longer,or till doubled in size.
12. remove from oven grate with parmesean
13. *I sometimes put grated romano or other cheese on top after taking out of oven
