Ingredients:
15 -20 large cloves garlic, thinly sliced |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
1 teaspoon coarse salt |
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over moderate heat. Add garlic slices and saute until lightly browned, about 12 minutes. Drain garlic on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt and serve. |
