Garlic Chile Potato Kebabs |

Great as a side dish to your BBQ. Ingredients:
24 small unpeeled new potatoes |
12 baby onions |
14 birds eye chiles |
2 garlic cloves, crushed |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
Directions:
1. Boil, steam or microwave potatoes and onions separately until just tender. 2. Thread potatoes, onions and 12 of the chillies onto 4 skewers. 3. Chop finely the remaining chillies. 4. Combine the chili in a small bowl with the garlic and oil. 5. Cook the kebabs on a heated oiled bbq plate, brushing with chili mixture occasionally until browned and tender. |
