From MKE paper, from Rachel Ray 30-Minute Meals 2 Ingredients:
2 tbsp. olive oil |
6 cloves garlic, crushed |
1 lb. mustard greens, trimmed and coarsely chopped |
salt and pepper to taste |
1 cup veggie broth |
2 cans (15-oz.) chickpeas |
Directions:
1. Preheat skillet over medium heat 2. Add oil, crushed garlic, saute 2 minutes, then add greens 3. Turn and wilt greens in garlic oil and season with salt and pepper 4. Add vegetable broth to pan and bring to boil 5. Cover pan, reduce heat and simmer greens 7-8 minutes 6. Uncover pan and stire in chickpeas, combining well with stewed greens |
