1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast |
4 garlic cloves, crushed |
2 tablespoons dried rosemary |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 lemon, zest of |
2 teaspoons lemon pepper |
1/2 cup dry white wine or 1/2 cup chicken broth |
1 lemon, juice of |
Directions:
1. Combine chicken, garlic, rosemary, oil, lemon zest and lemon pepper in a baking dish. Roast at 450°F for 20 minutes. Add wine and lemon juice, and roast another 5 minutes. Serve with jus spooned over the chicken. |
