Simple but elegant ... a perfectly roasted chicken, tender and juice, with crackly crispy skin. Enjoy! Ingredients:
3 tablespoons olive oil |
40 garlic cloves (peeled) |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon tarragon |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon allspice |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1/2 cup parsley |
1/2 cup celery leaves |
1 1/2 cups dry white wine |
1 chicken |
Directions:
1. Rub chicken with oil. 2. Rub all spices into chicken. 3. Top with celery, parsley, garlic and wine. 4. Bake 1-1/2 to 2 hours at 350 degrees. |
