Ingredients:
20 ounces grated pecorino romano |
2 cups mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons chopped parsley |
2 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic |
2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice |
pinch cayenne pepper |
dash hot red pepper sauce |
3 long loaves italian bread, split lengthwise |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients, except the bread, together in a large bowl. Spread on bread and toast. |
