I have not tried this recipe. Ingredients:
20 ounces grated pecorino romano cheese |
2 cups mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons chopped parsley |
2 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic |
2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 pinch cayenne pepper |
1 dash hot red pepper sauce |
3 loaves italian bread, long loaves, split lengthwise |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients, except the bread, together in a large bowl. 2. Spread on bread and toast. |
