Garlic Cheese Grits

Ingredients:
4 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 cup uncooked, regular grits
1 (12-ounce) block sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 teaspoon seasoned pepper
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
3 large eggs, lightly beaten

Directions:
1. Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil in a large saucepan; gradually whisk in grits. Return to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes or until thickened.
2. Add cheese and next 4 ingredients, stirring until cheese melts. Remove from heat; let stand 10 minutes.
3. Whisk in eggs, and pour into a lightly greased 11- x 7-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
4. Bake at 350ยบ for 1 hour or until set.
5. Note: Casserole may be prepared and chilled up to 24 hours before baking. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes; bake as directed.
