Great served at a Sunday Brunch or anytime dinner Ingredients:
2 cups grits |
1 1/2 quarts water |
1 tbsp salt |
2 rolls garlic cheese,diced ( or 1 garlic, 1 jalepeno) |
1 stick butter |
4 eggs, beaten |
1/2 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Cook grits accordint to directions, using 1 1/2 quarts water and one tablespoon salt. Add all remaining ingredients. Pour int greased baking dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. |
