Ingredients:
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese |
1 tablespoon light mayonnaise |
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 (8-ounce) multigrain bâtarde, cut diagonally into 16 slices |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°. 2. Combine first 4 ingredients. Top bread slices with cheese mixture. Place on a baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 8 minutes or until cheese browns and bread is lightly toasted. |
