Tasty and satisfying casserole. This is my vegetarian option and I love it. Before I went veg, I made it with cubed chicken and still yummy for meat eaters! Good recipe for Flexitarian houses. This recipe is very adaptable to what you have. I use mexian style 4 cheese blend or shredded velveeta, but any shredded cheese can be used. Any Cream of soup can be used. The garlic can be replaced by garlic powder or any seasoning you'd like. Any frozen veggies can be added and are very good with this. It is a tasty and satisfying meal. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup macaroni pasta |
1 can of cream of mushroom |
1/4 cup mayo |
1/4 cup light sour cream |
1/2 clove garlic |
1/4 cup shredded cheese |
1 cup broccoli |
Directions:
1. Sautee broccoli & garlic in a little butter 2. Cook pasta according to package. 3. When these are finished combine all ingredients except cheese. 4. Pour mixture into small baking dish. 5. Top with cheese. 6. Cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
