Garlic Butter Green Beans-ci

An easy preparation for fresh green beans. Goes great with chicken or fish, especially.
Ingredients:
2lb fresh green beans, cleaned
6-8 cloves garlic, minced
1 stick butter
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Place beans in large saucepan and add water to just cover.
2. Boil, then reduce heat and cook until just tender but still crisp(7-10 min), drain
3. In large skillet, melt butter and add garlic.
4. Add beans, toss to coat and cook just til heated through.
5. Add fresh ground pepper and sea or kosher salt just prior to serving.
6. *please note, these are even better if beans are steamed rather than boiled, then tossed in garlic butter*
