Garlic Butter Green Beans |

The recipe comes from the Junior League cookbook, Beyond Burlap. Parmesan cheese may be sprinkled on just before serving for a tangy taste. Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) package frozen green beans |
2 tablespoons butter |
2 small garlic cloves, minced |
Directions:
1. Cook green beans to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain. 2. Meanwhile, melt butter in small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add garlic; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until garlic is tender, stirring frequently. 3. Pour garlic butter over cooked green beans; stir to coat. |
