An easy and delicious sauce to serve over fish or shrimp. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
2 tablespoons whipping cream |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 garlic clove, minced |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat; add whipping cream, and cook 1 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in lemon juice and garlic. |
