Ingredients:
1 pound broccoli rabe, trimmed |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Cook broccoli rabe in a large saucepan of boiling water 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain and rinse with cold water; drain. 2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add garlic; sauté 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add broccoli rabe and salt; sauté 1 minute or until thoroughly heated. |
